Creative Project Manager

We’re a strategic storytelling agency in search of a resourceful and detail-oriented creative project manager to help Woden operate more effectively as we grow.
What You’ll Do
-Manage bandwidth and workflow scheduling of creative and business development teams
-Develop timelines, allocate creative resources, and determine milestones in adherence with Woden’s process and project job scope
-Facilitate and enforce process of creative project plans that upholds work integrity while meeting deadlines
-Prepare weekly sales reporting and ensure sales team accountability
-Support the development and integration of critical systems, such as Hubspot, Monday, Zoom Info, etc.
-Own Woden SOP and ensure adhesion
-Work with Creative Services Director to manage hiring process including vetting, communication, interview scheduling, and tracking
-Monitor scope changes and document potential impact to budget and timelines
-Proactively suggest changes in process if necessary to ensure delivery of work on time and within budget
-Audit project team utilization to monitor workload and ensure accuracy
-Hold leaders and team members accountable for systems and approaches which ensure operational excellence
-1-3 years of experience in business processes, project management, or similar operations
-A desire to grow in your career into a director-level role with oversight for project and resource management
-Strong organizational and project management skills
-Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes and optimize performance
-You’re team-driven and thrive off collaboration
-You can manage multiple projects and responsibilities
