Brand Storyteller

Woden is growing, and we’re looking for our newest team member! We’re in search of a curious and insightful writer, researcher, and brand strategist to join us at our office in Center City, Philadelphia.

The right person for this job has a command of the English language and narrative style, and can craft everything from competitive analyses to blog posts to web copy to core values—all while writing in the client’s voice. We’re seeking creative people who are confident in their ability to tell great stories for our clients.

Experience in copywriting, advertising, or marketing would put the best candidates for this job to the head of the pack. Maybe you’re disenchanted with traditional marketing and come loaded with out-of-the-box ideas, or have managed or started a business and know how to speak to owners and CEOs.

Research is a component of this work, so you should have the ability to identify reputable sources, learn about new markets, and analyze messaging strategies. Above all else, though: creativity and strong writing skills are a must.

Brand Storytellers enjoy the challenge of juggling multiple client engagements, and embraces the variety of a week that includes everything from writing to editing to brainstorming to supporting client presentations.

We’re a small, tight-knit office. We’re a curious, insightful, and deliberate team that gets pumped up over a great brainstorm and shares hot takes on everything from Harvard Business Review articles to celebrity cancel culture. We can be irreverent and social, but we work hard and truly care about delivering transformative results. We’re looking for a collaborative team player who who’s ready to jump into Slack with a fire giphy on day one, and has some great new jams to add to our shared Spotify playlist.
